1. Who operates the application
Cupu Intelligence is an internal application operated for the Youtuber Cupu content channel. It is intended for the channel owner and authorized team members, not for public account signups.
2. Data accessed with authorization
After the authorized channel owner grants Google OAuth consent, the application may access YouTube channel information, video IDs, titles, publishing timestamps and other video metadata, as well as YouTube Analytics reports such as video views, estimated watch time and average view duration. Access is requested through read-only OAuth scopes (youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly).
3. How this data is used
Authorized data is used to prepare private performance reports, compare videos with historical benchmarks, support editorial decisions and streamline the owner's content workflow. The application does not sell YouTube user data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Storage, processing and sharing
Authorized channel data may be stored in a private database and processed by infrastructure and service providers used to operate the workflow, including hosting, database, and AI-processing services where applicable. Access is restricted to the operator and authorized services; results are not made available in a public analytics dashboard. Data is not intentionally shared with unrelated third parties for independent marketing.
5. Retention and deletion
Channel metadata and derived reports are retained only as long as they are needed for the internal workflow, subject to applicable API policies and operational requirements. The channel owner may request deletion of stored data using the contact methods below. Authorization can also be revoked independently through Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access prevents future authorized API access, but does not by itself delete previously stored records; please contact the operator to request removal.
6. Your choices and contact

7. External platform terms
Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. This document may be revised if the application or its handling of data changes.
